Health Restoration Institute is a Lifestyle Medicine based wellness organization. We design and deliver customized employee wellness packages focusing on lifestyle behavioral changes to improve employee satisfaction, job performance, and utilization of healthcare resources. We also offer executive physicals and lifestyle medicine retreats for employees and leadership teams.

A National Problem

The US spends $3.3 trillion on healthcare annually. Ninety percent of the costs are attributed to the treatment of chronic diseases. The annual healthcare spending per capita has increased from less than $4,000 in 1960 to over $10,000 in 2010. The numbers continue to rise. U.S. employers spend nearly $900 billion annually on healthcare benefits, with illness related lost productivity accounting for another $500 billion each year.
